Orders and Returns

Shipping and Delivery

ARDEX will ship all RDX Store orders to a participating store for collection which is nominated during the checkout process. This delivery is free of charge. When the order is packed and sent by ARDEX, an email will be sent from the RDX Store to advise that your reward has been picked and packed and is on the way to your selected participating store for pick-up. When the reward has been delivered to store, you will be notified from the participating store that the reward has arrived and is ready for pick-up. ARDEX will only ship RDX Store merchandise to participating stores for collection.

Returns and Replacements

ARDEX will refund or exchange any faulty goods however will not refund or exchange goods due to change of mind. If you have a return or replacement request, please contact marketing@ardexaustralia.com. In the near future, the RDX Site will provide you with the option of requesting a return or replacement online simply by using your order number and providing us with a few details regarding the nature of your request.  When a refund is approved, ARDEX will issue a voucher to the value of the voucher amount in the transaction or alternatively cash to any cash payment that was made in the transaction.

Ordering

RDX Store merchandise can only be purchased at www.rdxstore.com. RDX Vouchers may be used towards any item in the RDX Store whether it is a premium ARDEX tool, promotional items such as caps and t-shirts, an esky or uvex safety equipment. The RDX store has over 70 rewards to choose from.

All orders are placed via the shopping cart and items may be added or removed with ease. If you have an RDX Store Voucher you will be asked to enter the voucher during the checkout process and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the shopping cart. If there is a balance to be paid after a voucher has been applied to the purchase of a particular item, you may use PayPal to pay the balance of the transaction.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All pricing on the RDX site is Australian dollars and the value of all RDX vouchers are in Australian dollars. RDX Vouchers may be used towards any item in the RDX Store whether it is a premium ARDEX tool, promotional items such as caps and t-shirts, an esky or uvex safety equipment. ARDEX reserves the right to change pricing on the RDX Store at any time without notice.

If there is a balance to be paid after a voucher has been applied to the purchase of a particular item, you may use PayPal to pay the balance of the transaction. Vouchers may be collected from attending multiple trade and training events. The vouchers can then be combined to purchase an item on the RDX store. All Vouchers contain an expiry date and where multiple vouchers are being redeemed, all vouchers must not have expired.

Occasionally, the RDX Store will hold promotions where specials are available for a limited, specified time only. 

Viewing Orders

All orders are placed using the simple Shopping Cart function in the RDX Store. Whilst browsing products, your shopping cart is always visible with the products and cost of your current cart. Products may be added or removed from the cart with ease and the cart is only finalised during the Checkout process.

Updating Account Information

By becoming an RDX Store member we will keep you in the loop with all of the trade events and training in your area so that you can stay up to date with the latest news and products as well as pick up additional RDX vouchers. You can access and update your account information when you sign-in to the RDX Store.
